Tomorrow's team selection for the visit of Shannon in the AIL features a first start in over two years for centre Con Callan following a long and painstaking return from a serious knee injury. Con has a few 2nds matches under his belt so far this season and is chomping at the bit to get starting again. Con features in an injury ravaged backline that see's Gavin Rochford switch to 10 and Jack O'Brien moving out to the wing. Conor Balmaine makes a first start this season at full back.

In the pack Callum Sweeney is rewarded for some fine performances for the 2nds with a start at 7 and his namesake, under 20's star Martin Sweeney is in line for his AIL debut from the bench.
