Our recent Club Survey circulated to all of our members elicited a tremendous response providing feedback that will help us develop our club to be one of the best Community based rugby clubs in the country. Thank you to everyone who took the time to respond.
This feedback has been collated into a report highlighting areas we do well, areas we need to improve and areas we are not doing today but need to be looked at.
The next step in this process is a focus group session to workshop ideas of how to improve. Last night the first of these took place with over 50 participants covering all sections of the club working in groups to share ideas and proposals.
The session which was expertly hosted by Marc Evans and Dave Coleman started with a review of what we learned from the 250+ responses to the survey and selected specific topics under the headings of Communication, Coaching, Facilities and Community to explore in depth. The outcome of this workshop will be summarised and shared with the group of representative members resulting in a plan of actions that we look forward to bringing to the wider membership.
This is a process that will steer the club over the next five years and beyond and will bear fruit thanks to the support of so many.
Look out for further updates and we progress.
