Danny Kenny has rung the changes to the First team selection ahead of tomorrows Energia AIL encounter away to Ballymena. Props Jamie Mulhern and Cole Kelly partner in the front row for the first time alongside Freddie Happonen at hooker with Conor Pearse and Quermy Warmerdam dropping to the bench. In the second row Chris Simmonds is rewarded with a fine display for the seconds last Sunday to partner Eoin Marmion while in the backrow Danny Kenny drops to the bench with Conor McAleer, Reeve Satherley and Stephen Bourke all starting.

There is also a change at half backs with Paddy Byrne coming in at nine while Dave Baker steps out one position to ten and Gavin Rochford, starting ten last week moves to fullback. Matt O'Brien moves in to the centre pairing alongside Andrew Lynch with Craig Kenny and Dylan Henry on the wings. New Zealander Jack O'Brien starts on the bench.
